HIM 2023 End of Year Giving Letter

Dear Ministry Friends,

There are many organizations that work in Ukraine or help Ukrainian refugees. Many organizations are fundraising to help with various Ukraine relief projects. However, how many organizations do you know that actually go into Ukraine? Not just cross the border—but go deep into Ukraine, all the way to the frontline where explosions can be heard and bombings happen regularly? How many organizations do you know that deliver power generators and wood burning stoves to churches, community centers and even military units?

In 2023, Hope International Ministries (HIM) has done all this and more. Much more.

We are amazed at the doors God is opening for us. Only a few years ago we focused only on children and youth ministries through the summer camps and retreats. But now we play a major part in trauma healing ministry for Ukrainian refugee women—in Ukraine and beyond. In fact, we have conducted trauma healing seminars in numerous locations of Poland, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine.

We are not brave. We just try to follow God’s lead. We are trying to do what God is calling us to. Will you pray for us? Will you support us?

With cold winter coming and no end to the war in sight, we want to be in the position to continue helping our partners with power generators, wood-burning stoves, hygiene items, clothing and medical supplies. With your partnership, we can continue fulfilling God’s calling for our ministry.
